Dr. Maryam Zamanian

Maryam has earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. She is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

She completed her internal medicine training at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and her Endocrinology training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Dr. Zamanian is experienced in the practice of internal medicine. Shortly after her residency training, she was engaged in private practice of internal medicine at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas for a few years before pursuing a fellowship in Endocrinology.

Amber White

Amber received her dietetic license through St. Louis University and her Masters of Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama. Amber has been working in the area of weight loss for over three years. As a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator at Washington University Clinical Associates, she worked with her clients to conquer diabetes and obesity through diet, exercise and education.

She sees Ideal Protein as a new tool in her toolbox to help clients fight the obesity epidemic. Amber is excited to help coach people to a happier, healthier lifestyle.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
